A standard saloon covers most journeys well, but corporate travel, client airport pickups and formal events often call for something with more presentation. Our Executive vehicle class — a Mercedes E-Class or equivalent premium saloon — is booked the same way as any other journey, with an estimated fare confirmed before you travel.

What Executive gets you over a standard saloon
- Vehicle presentation — a Mercedes E-Class or similar premium saloon, seating up to 4 with 3 large bags.
- A more formal standard of driving and dress than a standard saloon booking.
- The same booking flow — pickup, destination, date and time — just select Executive as the fleet category.
It costs more than a saloon or estate (see the vehicle multiplier reflected in your estimate), which is worth it when presentation matters more than it does for a routine airport run.
When it's worth booking Executive
- Client or VIP airport arrivals — first impressions matter, and a premium vehicle with a driver who knows to expect you reads very differently to a standard rank taxi.
- Financial and business district transfers — point-to-point trips between central London and a UK airport for a meeting or flight connection.
- Formal events — the same Executive class used for weddings and events works equally well for a corporate function.
Booking an Executive transfer
Select Executive under fleet category when you get an estimated fare — the same live estimate and confirmation process applies as any other journey, just with the premium vehicle multiplier reflected in the price.
