- The west rank is close to homes and a nursery, so drivers are asked not to leave engines idling.
- The venue car park is reached via the A13 only — its entrance postcode is different from the taxi rank, so don't use the car park postcode for a taxi booking.
Put E16 1XL and "west taxi rank" in your booking notes. If your event is at the far end of the building, allow time to walk inside — ExCeL is long, and the east end is a real walk from the west entrance.
